Splendour In The Grass Announces Huge Food Lineup For 2018
Now that its music lineup has been out for a few months, Splendour In The Grass has unveiled its all-important food lineup for 2018, to get festival-goers prepared for what’s on offer.
As always, organisers are promising a wide variety of grub to suit everyone’s nutritional and energy needs.
On the premium side of things, Splendour is set to host an 80-seat pop up from Australian chef Matt Moran’s Sydney fine dining restaurant Chiswick, with a three-course menu of seasonal share-style plates.
On the economy class side of things, Splendour’s food options will be split up into four main sections:
- The Splendour Food Halls, where you’ll find spaces to sit and chow down, will feature flavours from across the world, including paella, cajun food, smoothies, gozleme (of course) and more
- The International Street Eats, just paste the World Stage, where there’ll be authentic street food trucks like Mamacitas, Harry’s Schnitzels and Bao Brothers
- The Truck Stop, where you’ll find all the food trucks you’ll ever need
- and Campgrounds Tucker, where Splendour campers can get their fill of wood-fired pizza, crepes, coffee and more.

The festival will return to North Byron Parklands between between Friday, 20th and Sunday, 22nd July.
